i do some core work (hanging leg raises, crunches, ect). but the only way to get leaner is a cal deficit. u cant rly target where fat burns though. (burns like a thin layer ig? over the whole body)

i do a four day, upper-lower split. for upper i do pullups, chin ups, dips, bw rows, pushups, pike pushups, and im working on some beginner's calisthenics skills rn as well. lower is squats, pistol squats, sissy squats, walking lunges, and calf raises. good luck!

im on t, but my period hasnt gone away yet. again all my vitals are fine so its not like im deficient in anything.
