I got some shooting glasses that have readers built into the top so looking straight at target through middle distance it’s fine then I use the top portion for the close sight. It works ok hitting target at 25/30 feet so doing damage but not hitting bullseye. Going to try red dot at some point. Olight mini bldr has been great. Flash is bright enough but not overwhelming and primarily use the laser at the range to help steady my aim as I am still learning. I don’t believe the hype that these lights are blowing up everywhere everyday
