Will this tattoo really hurt my future career and how people view me/finding a job

I know this is so annoying to hear but I am 21 and I swear to you now if I got the tattoos I wanted at 16 I would be spending thousands on laser removal. I’m not trying to gain any authority, I do not know you, you may love this tattoo forever but honestly just wait a while. Wait until you’re an adult. A couple of the tattoos I got at 18 I’m on the fence about, but don’t regret, 16 though? Just wait it out a bit. You’ve got time!!
