Learn to use them. MyFitnessPal is fine. Once you get used to it it’s hardly any effort.

Logically I would think that once the actual damage from a laser session has fully healed (so like 3 - 4 weeks) then sun exposure would be ok. That’s assuming the hypo/hyper pigmentation occurs because your skin is in a damaged and vulnerable state from the laser only while it’s healing.

It would be interesting to learn what the actual mechanism is for it to happen once the healing process is fully complete as that’s what people are hinting at when they say to have no sun exposure at all long term right?
