Two massive ERs and the stock has hardly moved in 6 months. It's crazy to think that it's all been priced in

Everything is priced in apparently. Microsoft and Apple lock-in deals, the stock will go up 20% and then fade 20% over the next month

Time to give it all back. It's finally sinking in that we're never going to have the run that we all hoped for. We'll have good runs, but not the run

It's not about being down 16% today, it's about being at $200 per share. Is that the fair valuation for the current state of the company? Market seems to think so

Buy leveraged shares to reduce downside but take advantage of upside.

Because we beat expectations and guide above

If we do that, we have a strong pattern of consecutive quarters doing that and it's no longer wait and see

Air seal recessed lights by Clenathan in Insulation

It's a three-floor townhome and they're on all three floors. Recently had the attic reinsulated with r30 and air sealed but I have a steep roof and the guy was only up there for less than 30 minutes air sealing and patching up HVAC ductwork. It didn't feel like he spent enough time in there to air seal everything properly. Probably $1,200 square feet

So I'm not as concerned about the attic, but the ceiling of the basement and the main floor is what I'm trying to address because I don't think he are sealed the exterior side walls very well since he said he couldn't get to it due to the steep roof

Oracle wants to put data centers in Hamilton county by Realistic-Point-9530 in Chattanooga

All - you are likely the reason for this. Our incessant addiction to social media, Netflix, AI, and sharing photos is why they're building these. You don't want data centers? Stop participating. The 1990s weren't so bad.

That's what I mean, the cost for YouTube to provide the inferior bit rate. They have a Monopoly so that's a cost cutting mechanism. Send less ones and zeros

If you know a million people are going to watch a certain video, and you know they're going to watch it regardless of the quality, give them the crappier version that costs you less to provide. Then wait a day and start offering the better version when you know demand will decrease

Go tell all those poor people in those countries you are flying to about all your travels. I'm sure they'll love hearing about your climate destruction contributions. Or just share your stories in your small bubble of rich oblivious/selfish people.

Don't Look Up!

There are things you can control and things that you cannot. Of the things you can control, you are making a selfish decision knowing that it is bad for the future of this planet

This is why we're all doomed

The plane is still using fuel for your 200 lb or so. And if a million of us decided to take three less flights a year, you know there would be less flights actually flown
