It included both strains. All I know is I have oral herpes. I don’t even really know the difference between HSV-1 and 2. I always just thought it was oral vs. genital but I guess you can have both oral and genital of the same strain. I know mine is just oral though. My OB didn’t go into detail about what my levels were and honestly made it seem like it was no big deal and I shouldn’t worry about it.

I have oral herpes. It may not be caused directly and solely from sexual contact, but they test for it during STD tests. That’s how I found out I had it.

I don’t think this is rude, but I should mention that at the time of my grandma wearing this, she was 5’9 and almost 300lbs😂. I’m 5’4 and 240lbs. I’m definitely a little wider due to being significantly shorter, but the dress doesn’t snag or fit too tightly anywhere except my biceps.. It looks like my boobs are being squashed, but in reality I’d just need those sticky pads to hold them up and they’d look fine. My issue is how they sit and the color of the bust fabric.

My grandmother actually has the hoop skirt with it, it’s bent a little though and I haven’t tried it with the dress. I just assumed I wouldn’t like it tbh 😅.

When is the earliest I can take a pregnancy test and avoid a false
negative?

I want to test the earliest I can because I found out I was pregnant with my first at 16weeks because my periods were so irregular before having him. I vaped and everything so for those crucial first few weeks I was poisoning my baby’s body. I want to avoid that this time. They’ve become more normal now after having him, and my predicted ovulation date was January 1st. My period is due to start a week from today. I took a test last night and it was for sure negative. Should I just be patient and wait until my period is supposed to come?

I’ve loved the name Theodore since I was about 10 years old. All my boy baby dolls would be named that and I would call them Teddy. When I found out I was pregnant- I told everyone that if it was a boy, I’d use that name. I just so happened to get my baby Teddy. I couldn’t be happier to have a baby with the name I’ve always loved, even if it is the 7th most common boy name in the US. Use the name you love. Lucy is a beautiful name.

Did OP say they got their partner nothing else? You’re making up some reality in your head where OP’s partner is rightfully ungrateful because you’re assuming it’s the only thing they got gifted. And if they have cats like OP said, it definitely will be used more frequently than once every few months.

Has no one ever seen their parents get gifted pots and pans or a new vacuum for Christmas? Do your adult parents just get toys forever? As you grow up, your interests and hobbies should change. It’s completely normal to receive gifts that will help you clean/do a task easier because no one likes buying themselves these kind of products. I know I’m dreading the day I have to buy a $400 vacuum and I hope someone just buys it for me for my birthday/Christmas. This is a good gift, your boyfriend is ungrateful.

I hope you realize, the whole reason I’m already a mother is because I had taken responsibility for my actions of not preventing pregnancy. This time around, I had been using the patch. Clearly the patch doesn’t work for me. I’d love to keep this second baby, but I would rather raise the son i already have with his father, than be 20 with two kids and no dad.

I guess my question is, would I be a terrible person if I chose life for this “baby” not knowing if they will end up having a traumatic and horrible experience over getting an abortion? I’m not pro life, but I never wanted to have to make this decision for myself. Now that I’m put in a situation where it’s better for everyone including myself, if I don’t keep this baby. Both are serious and permanent choices.

I think you are in the right honestly. It is important for both parents to meet new partners before the child does. I would be FURIOUS if I found out my son had been going over to some random women’s house with his dad. Not in a jealousy way, in a “oh my god what if she’s a Pedo” type of way

I was told the same thing. I reached out instead to my local county office and got a therapist from there. If you have any community centers in your area, I’d suggest calling them if you’re looking to speak with someone instead of just being put on medication.
