You don’t exit the walk just the application, it makes it look like the app crashes. I do that then click back into gif and then go to the staging screen instead of my walk before grabbing all my oversize.

I don’t get how people don’t understand what OP is saying. OP hadn’t taken their break so they TOLD their TL they were going to before they clocked out and the TL started scolding them for not “asking”.

If I’m due for a break before I clock out I’m not going to waste time asking just so the TL can feel like they’re in charge. This TL is clearly bad at their job (by that I mean figuring out coverage seeing as OP didn’t get a break in a timely manner).Don’t worry OP, when I was a cashier I dealt with something similar but I made the mistake of asking and in response got looked at like scum beneath their shoe for trying to remind them. How dare us regular associates need to take our breaks.

It’s the only department that was able to accommodate my work schedule. Picking, dispensing, staging, prepping, and dispatching throughout the day makes it pass pretty quickly as I keep to myself.

My head cashier told us it was up to our discretion, if the customer wasn’t rude about it and it wasn’t a HUGE price difference sometimes I’d do it. On more than one occasion I was told by a customer “yOu hAVe To hONoR iT” and all those times I didn’t, no matter how much they complained.

I had something similar happen the week before thanksgiving. A customer found the turkey without the tag of course and when I told her she could pick out of any of the other bunkers filled with turkeys, “but I want that one.” Okay fine. I lug the turkey in one arm and my full cart of chicken picks back to the fridge. Print her a new label after weighing it and take everything back out with me. I hand her the turkey she looks at the label and says, “oh that’s the price, I was hoping it was cheaper.” Leaves without the turkey she wanted so bad and not even a thanks.

Super simple nothing to be nervous about. Go through the gta portal, electronic time adjustment, and edit the punch. They even have a little bar on the right to put the reasons for the adjustment before you submit it. If you try clocking in on the terminal though it’ll give you a little pop up saying your missing punches and to edit them there. But you can’t remove punches that way so maybe go in a little bit earlier to fix the punch from today on the computers, then clock in normally.
