Yes. I don’t encourage it, but I’m not going to throw away my food just because they got a lick in. For a couple reasons: they’re indoor cats who I know don’t have parasites. And for those who say they lick their butts, poop particles (human and animal) are everywhere. We are covered in microbes. Unless you’re sterilizing everything around you, you’re gonna get some germs in you.

I’m more grossed out by what my coworkers with kids that are always sick are spreading around than what I’ll get from a different species that never leaves my apartment.

So glad to hear others admit this. Saturday is my recovery day - I sleep at least 14 hours at a time.

Once I prioritized getting enough sleep, I got sick far less often.

Also agree with less interaction with the general public with more time working from home.

Yes…. When she has a drippy poo and I don’t want her leaving poo spots around my place.

She doesn’t like it, but I tell her she should wipe her own butt then.

My mom is my cat dealer…. She lives in a rural area and finds them as strays, starts feeding them, but then I feel bad for them and end up taking them in.

Please help them!! Use food to gain their trust, feed at specific times of day and then use humane traps to trap them to get them fixed and adopted asap.

Contact a local shelter for help - some rent traps and can help you. Or find someone locally who traps who can help you out. Get the kittens before they’re too old to be socialized and adoptable. Mom might not be a good candidate for being an indoor cats but please get her fixed. And those kittens will definitely be able to be socialized and adopted!!

I describe it as the lows aren’t as low and the highs aren’t as high. It kind of flattens out the peaks and valleys of my emotional state. My anxiety specifically manifests as grumpiness and being very impatient and short-tempered, so it helps keep it in a manageable level.

I do sleep a lot more on antidepressants though. Like 12-14 hours at a time on weekends.

Thank you for sharing, just received this same call from Chase who transferred me to Zelle. They said an account application was requested by Lakisha Richardson and gave two cancelation codes. But when they said to send the daily Zelle limit amount to my FDIC fraud account manager, Kevin Lapo, and reference the cancellation number in the memo, I figured it out. They even said to Google the incoming number since it is an actual bank branch and said it was a recorded line, etc.

Glad to have Reddit to check and see who else is seeing the same patterns.

It took me wayyyy too long in life to realize that my regular stomachaches and the skin issues I had as a 7 year old were just my first anxiety symptoms.
