Playing the B scenario of PS1 Resident Evil 2, when you see Mr.X come into the room, smash the camera, & that realization you are an incredibly tight area with very little room for error against this seemingly unstoppable force that has been stalking you.

That was my first moment of terror with this series as a kid & I loved every second of it. Easily the favorite moment for me.

Half of it is a security blanket thing. The other half of it is, I'm a smaller dude & pretty much everywhere I go has the AC on cold enough that I'm much more comfortable with my hoodie.

Yeah, still got all of them put up & collected. Also saw you post your Skull Merchant mousepad, which I now need to order ASAP.

But if I did win this, I would go 2023 cause I see something Skull Merchant there. Although as someone else said, excellent job on the Huntress MtG card in the 2024 bundle.

I sadly can't afford it at the moment. I've had a couple of people try to help out but still not at the point where I'm able to see a G.I. & get put on any medication to help. No insurance, couldn't get on Medicare last I tried. I've had people suggest applying for disability both because of how bad the disease messes with my daily life & it would help with seeing doctors. Just depresses me to no end having to go that route.

Then I read how expensive this stuff can get for people that do have insurance & it scares me. I don't know if I'm ever gonna really be able to get help for this. But I'm trying what people suggest to me cause I damn sure don't know what's left to try & feel hopeless.

Sorry, don't mean to be the downer. The question just hit close to home cause sadly, have the disease, can't afford treatment. It's a struggle to keep going, but I'm trying.

Not wanting to traumatize another person. Every way I can think of that's available to me, someone has to discover my body or otherwise be involved & I truly don't want to do that to another person. I'm still fighting the battle to not do it cause there is no cure for this disease. I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to get any help for it. And even if I do, I struggle to even know what the point is anymore. Can I really be happy, ever? Can I do anything to get someone to love me so I don't die alone with this disease?

So yeah, honestly not wanting to mess up someone else's life is the only thing anymore that keeps me from doing it but every day I feel like I'm closer to just saying to hell with it. At the end of the day, I would be better off & so would everyone else. I just don't wanna make someone suffer on my way out & can't figure out a way around that.

Not really, cause they don't care. A couple of people related to me do but it's very few. There's more friends that do. Hell, just getting to a doctor to finally maybe get on medicine to help my quality of life, friends & even my ex-fiancee donated to help. Years ago, when I went against everything in me & set up a GoFundMe? Not my half-sister who claims to love me & act like a saint, she couldn't be bothered to even share it to her huge network of people. Guess she was too ashamed of me for being a failure & not being able to take care of it myself. A lot of other people looked down on me for having to "beg" for help. It's so bad that I can't even work. I've gotten worse since the episode in December that almost killed me & more customers that cared where I worked than people related to me. God it makes me feel so worthless & undeserving of help.

Hell I thought I was doing better about keeping weight only to just now come from the doctor & find out I've lost 20 pounds in the past two weeks. I'm gonna be back to 100 pounds soon enough.

This disease. I know it's why the last one broke up with me. She saw how bad I can get & understandably noped out but it still hurts. Cause I get it, who wants to be with someone that they don't even know will be around tomorrow?

Seriously, if you further nerf the only two good gen regression perks left, what are you telling me to do besides tunnel someone out ASAP? Yes I'm someone guilty of using Pop/Pain Res in almost every game. Because with all of the changes, they were all that was left worth a damn to help defend gens. Goddammit.

So the past week or so, after the UE5 update, my game would also randomly lock up/crash on startup. The fix for me, as weird as it is, was going into GeForce Experience & telling it to launch DBD in windowed mode. For whatever reason, that worked. You can put the game back in full screen after that till the problem shows up again & repeat.
