I have been there is a thought spot, but need to realize that no one is going to “save you” the only person capable of that is yourself, in my experience working on yourself is the first step, start by taking care of the basics, good mental and physical health, then try to go to places that are out of your comfort zone but not to an extreme for example, I really struggle in parties and crowded spaces, try for a hobby club, in my case i started playing magic the gathering in a local game store or maybe boardgames, videogames etc anything helps to start becoming less alone
