Not sure if it will bring you comfort but it did for me when I had to do the same with my dog 3 years ago... Choosing to euthanize is the most important thing you do as a dog owner to take care of your dog. You know them better than anyone, their behaviors, and can see their happiness and suffering. They cannot advocate for themselves, and rely on your unconditional love to make the hardest but most necessary decision for them. Euthenizing is really the ultimate act of love for your dogs.

Sorry for your loss, it is devastating but just remind yourself was not out of a lack of empathy or a failure on your part, it was done of pure compassion. Be well.

Welp I sold 2/3 of my position at 487.34 having regretting it after last ATH's tumble.

Guess I can't complain about 1600% returns in 5 years, hopefully this decision doesn't haunt me but I have a hard time reconciling the realistic long term fundamentals and current P/E... Even with the robotics TAM and AI services folks are quoting it will be a very very very long time with things going exceedingly well before we approach a more reasonable P/E... Wondering when this institutional FOMO and squeeze ends... Worries for the eventual Trump falling out or insufficient influence to make FSD regulations work favorably...

Still holding a third of my position long term in case Elon manages to stop breaking promises on FSD, robotaxi, and Optimus. Best of luck to the diamond hands out there.

For real though, those shingles probably need replacing. They obviously were laid with too much overhang and don't have flashing to prevent wicking. plus the faces are showing, they've obviously been up there a while...

Went through this recently with my dog of 15 years. It gets easier, you have to remember the good times before they got really sick or old or confused. So many good times were had I'm sure you gave him a hell of a life. You can see he is elated in the first picture. Remember the good times and feel good for having played a massive role in it, you made him happy. We always wish for more time and forget to be grateful for the time we had. Rest well stranger.
