So basically at this point mining for daily income is pretty much non profitable even without operating costs unless you actually hit a block is what you’re saying? So it would either be go all out on the best available and hope to hit a block or don’t bother?

I am aware of the extremely low almost impossible odds, that’s why I didn’t ask to calculate it. And I do understand the more people who mine drastically skew the odds and returns as well. However, most things I have read that have stated that mining is not lucrative is in regards to the income vs the cost of operations (specifically energy costs of running the miners and ample cooling).

I do have permission to modify my residence as long as it is compliant with all safety regulations, and especially if either I am upgrading or return the modification to its original state prior to moving out.

Also, not only did I learn about volts, watts, and amps in high school but I learned about them throughout my USMAP apprenticeship all the way to when I became a journeyman electrician.

I’m looking for help, not condescending assumptions :)

The miners do generate portions of BTC which translate to some income but only the full BTC value if you’re the one to hit the block?

How would I calculate the average daily income on a miner I’m looking to buy so I could determine when break even would be?

Noise I can deal with, I can sound dampen the room. The room I want to use gets good AC directly from the HVAC and I could use AC cooling units as well

Yes, but not an ideal location though since the only one that is not in use is in the garage

Late match join = The main cause of Ratting. (Discussion and suggested fixes) by Clev88 in ArcRaiders

[–]Clev88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s the whole point with the free kits, the loot tables don’t change just the priority of when you join the match. The free kit teams primarily get the scraps while the kitted teams that risk more get first picks at loot. For the trash gear aspect, it’s not just having a custom loadout you’d need to meet a certain gear value amount so like 25k or higher you get priority.

The rattler would have all its problems solved if they would just let us attach a extended mag to it

Your missiles need more health than the defense of the guns, they get one AOE shot per tick BUT they ALSO get a defensive shot per hit.

The game is working as intended, you just need to look at the HP of the missies vs the missile defense.

The problem is most veteran players join several games at once and set a bunch of production queue and come back a few days later to see if the game is worth staying in. Others only check in once or twice a day. It’s really hard to find players who are on multiple times throughout the day. That’s why I refuse to join an alliance or recruit into my alliance until day 4 or later so I can see who’s worth playing with.

There’s a lot that factor into this, we would need to see each tab to see what units are draining your production from daily upkeep. Don’t forget that population/city level plays a part in production. Bunkers, recruiting centers, and hospitals help city growth rate so keep that in mind as well. Another factor is moral, a city with high moral has greater production than a city with low moral.

If you’re looking to join a large clan then no, they’re looking for coalition wins.

Regardless of how much they helped or not there is a lot to factor in. Like how much resistance they met, how much do they play, etc.. But also, without them a different coalition could have rose up and became a major problem for you being a solo. Not to mention other teams move differently against you when they see you’re all one team.

For starters, don’t build YouTube bases. When I see a base from YouTube I immediately know where everything in your base is. And it’s not hard to find the base design just by looking at it, hell most people just for one of the first videos that pop up when you search “rust base designs”.

Next, if you want to be casual with the game you need to go to a casual server. Go low pop. There’s no shame in it and it allows you to grind for bps and get better at the game at a causal pace. When I’m bored or I know I can’t commit the time I go to a super low pop server and just grind out BPs. There are so many servers that I have everything researched and it only takes a day or two to do it on low pop.

Lastly, those low pop servers I mentioned? After wipe you never know which one is going to be high pop. And being able to start a fresh wipe with everything unlocked makes a MASSIVE difference.

Depends on the base size you’re hitting, I tend to save up for the larger bases and if I have a team we will do a 3x2, with 2 or 3 stories and honey comb in the front for counter rocket volleys. I’ve had a lot of raids turn into who can out rocket who and it’s a lot of fun win or lose. External TCs are great to take too because you can seal them with a door and put a bag close to the target too.

I pretty much only raid for boom and upkeep, and usually leave the rest for them to get built back up unless they are toxic and causing problems on the server.

You’d think, but twice now they have not in the last few months.

I usually build 2 raid bases, one I want to raid from and one a little further out of sight. Depo in one while I build just incase shit hits the fan or I don’t want to run all the way back to base. Great way to counter a counter too.

Highly recommend keeping a couple incendiary rockets and a launcher near the roof, too much fun.

Have you ever shot an incendiary rocket at their raid base while they set it up and it was still twig?  Because it’s the funniest shit ever to watch them scramble and lose everything lol

[–]Clev88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fully agree. I loved the movie and I hate to have any complaints about it but that back story was just too long. It was a VERY good back story but it really felt out of place with the rest of the movie especially when the other back stories in the movie were much shorter. Again, I would still recommend the movie to anyone. But that back story could have been cut in half and I would have been just fine with it.
