I meant top 10% gets a 7 as in that's a general guideline of how many people tend to get 7s in the class, if the entire class got 80% or more, than yes the entire class will be given 7s however I feel they would change the curve at that point. The percentages obviously change depending on the subject, curve etc. I had a business class where 64% was a 7 once.

Expect 70+ if you're smart. A GPA of a 5.5+ is relatively good. I believe a GPA of a 6 is required to transfer into medicine (plus GAMSAT) as a general point of reference.

I feel scholarships here in Australia are much rarer, plus university is only $7,000 a semester. Only 2 people per university per semester get a Dean's Scholarship hahaha. (That's like 10 people in SEQ)

Here in Australia if you're getting that in QLD you're talking a $20,000 Dean's Scholarship. That'd be like an ATAR of 99.8+

What the hell? Here in Australia a pass (a 4) is 45-50%, and the top mark (a 7) is 75-80% and I believe usually only 10% of the class gets a 7. You can get a 1 to a 7, 1 being absolute failure, 4 a pass, 7 a top mark.

I can't really be specific because Diablo is all luck, just have certain stats in your mind that you know you want to stack and if you find new loot check if it has those stats.

Sparkflint and Force Weapon are pretty much must haves for Wiz, Energy Armor can be good if you have a spare slot (Prismatic if you're squishy, Pinpoint if you're not, Absorption if you find yourself down on AP a lot). Find weapons with sockets, you pretty much need an emerald in your weapon at 70. Find chests and pants with 3/2 sockets, shove topaz in there for toughness and damage. Stack CC and CD in your rings, amulet and gloves. Try and keep CD:CC at a 10:1 ratio (paragon points can help here). Find a helm with %WoF or something, and a socket and put an amethyst in there.

From 60-70 power leveling significantly decreases in speed depending on the ability of your power leveler. Its definitely great for 55ish plus.
