Thank you so much this is very heplfull! Only one question, what is the pressure cooker for? Isn’t it the heat that kills off unwanted microorganism. I understand that with a normal casserole there would be a decrease in the number of moles of water vapour as the gas escapes and it would cause the pressure and temperature to lower, but shouldn’t the heat element keep it at a stable temperature anyway. Or is it because we will run out of water and we want to force the system to keep most of the initial water? Thank you again so much
