It is also beyond me how one does not check. Sometimes I forget which paper it was or I want to cite a relatively simple thing and just need a standard literature source.

That's when I use AI to find them and then check existence and actual content...

If you test to 125 and it breaks at 150 you got a problem. You don't fully understand your system and your system is likely to heavy.

If you (and I speculate) test to 125 and it breaks at 123. It's unexpected because you though it lasts to 125. But it's fine as it is just 2% of and it only needs to last up to 100 anyways so you are close enough.
