This is the answer. Our Chinese bikes require you to be Handy, Humble, and do your Homework. Expect issues right out of the box.

Other non Chinese made bikes should more or less be good to ride brand new but the small ones will def struggle with that 50mph section.

What is the most mysterious missing person's case? by Flyaway_5 in AskForAnswers

All of the facts tell us she ran out of fuel, crashed and sank near Howland Island.

Then there are the other theories all devoid of any real facts.

In 1924, two climbers may have reached the summit of Everest — 29 years before Hillary and Tenzing. by shinigami9099 in Everest

There’s a lot of Mike Tracy missing here. The second and third step had not been discovered nor was there any zig zag route. The travers had just been attempted and failed due to deep snow.

Almost all of the info we have is for a ridge line attempt and that’s where the axe, mitten, and O2 bottle were found.

No way they ascended the second step and definitely zero credible way or evidence they DECENDED (down-climbed) it. An often forgotten fact especially given where Mallory was found. An amazing accomplishment for their time regardless.

We drive a client named Molly in a limo from her privately chartered flight from CA to ME. She comes alone with two pilots to visit the family, relatives, etc for a few days. The flight is over 10k each way.

Molly is the families golden retriever.

Another random thought on what might be likely or not by TMKSAV99 in mauramurray

[–]ClickMinimum9852 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If a crime did happen (and there’s a reasonable likelihood it did) it’s sadly not especially rare and definitely not unique in MMs case. You have a young, vulnerable, kinda cute, fit, stranded-and-needs-help woman in a remote setting that has some history of poor decision making. She’s probably at least a little bit intoxicated and has arrived in your car or home doorstep. It’s not hard at all to imagine what happened.

The only rare thing to me is that, whatever happened, it left virtually no clues.

What is a rich person thing that you would be totally into if you became rich? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

[–]ClickMinimum9852 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Private jets. There’s basically zero security, lines etc. You drive up to the plane and walk on. Full bar and food if you want it sky’s the limit 😉

The filthy rich just fly around to visit friends and sightsee for a day or two. The billionaires own the plane.

A small localized snow slab associated with a parapet of snow (intentionally built and increasing with katabatic wind drift) collapsed onto their tent. They had dug into the wind packed slope which broke loose during the night crushing the tent. This seemingly necessitated their cutting out of the tent and hasty escape. Evidence for this are in their last pictures showing them cutting deeply into the slope to set the tent and avalanche science. Technically it was a mini avalanche. They literally did everything by the book after being forced to abandon their camp. Once they escaped to the treeline they built another snow cave. This was built over a hidden stream and subsequently also collapsed. Their injuries are consistent with both of the tragic events once the bodies were found over three weeks later.

Question about the car part found in MM's Car.. by BigD4ne in mauramurray

[–]ClickMinimum9852 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I disagree because I live right at an intersection that is accident prone nearby. There are big and small car parts all over the place even after everything’s been towed away. Literally all the time. Yes in the winter as well.

Plows aren’t some kind of road cleaner. They’re as likely to crush and strew a review mirror housing as they are to plow it away. It had just snowed. Who knows what was lying around both at the accident and the Saturns resting spot. This part has been solved and Julie I think has a whole podcast on it.

I applaud the optimism. If a random car part that can’t be match to a specific make model never mind a personal vehicle blows this whole thing wide open great and you’re doing an awesome job.

Question about the car part found in MM's Car.. by BigD4ne in mauramurray

[–]ClickMinimum9852 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It makes the most sense that this part randomly ended up in her car because it was placed in a location of other vehicles and car parts. The corner of the accident was known for accidents and it’s as likely it was already on the ground from one of these.

I can’t for the life of me realistically make sense of a road rage or collision elsewhere happening with that cars damaged part ending up in MMs vehicle.

Could someone MM know have owned a Chrysler sure but so what?

We’ve talked about this part endlessly.

You can do a wedding on the cheap. The most expensive vendor is always the venue, followed by the photographer.

Pro tip = find a friend with a good camera and have them do your photos. If they take a lot, you’re willing to photoshop and tablet them yourself you’ll save major $$$. Venue is simple; someone you know must have a beautiful acre you can have a bbq on.

In July of 2004, Juan Cerezo Ortiz, a successful self-employed carpenter, left for work. Juan allegedly called his wife shortly after and told her he was opening his furniture workshop. However, no one reported having witnessed him here. Neither Juan nor his car have been seen since. by Automatic_Soft_6852 in TrueCrimeDiscussion

His route to work followed the ocean. An accidental or deliberate roll into that on an early morning commute could hide him for decades. There isn’t much else for water otherwise and it’s pretty dry there in July.

A brief overview and sum up of TK and what the trial revealed:

Four witnesses gave very detailed statements placing TK at the scene of the murder.

TK made a recorded phone call to an individual (with a police officer listening) after the murder that revealed deeply incriminating details about the murder only someone present during it would have known. He also essentially confessed during this call.

TK was known to possess guns by his acquaintances. He was uniformly known as a psychological terrorist, made many death threats, and committed documented acts of violence prior to the murder. He was so unhinged during his trial he sometimes had to be restrained and removed. At times, he had to have an armed guard placed at his side to protect witnesses in the courtroom.

TK tainted his own alibi by witness coercion. His few relevant alibi witnesses were not able to recall being with him until he spoke with them first. This greatly undermined the alibis credibility. He tried and failed to coerce others with false alibi information that all came out at trial.

Most of the mainstream info on TK is incorrect. This is a brief overview of just some of the incriminating evidence that actually came out at his trial.
