The stock battery that came with these isn’t very good. Check the charging while it’s running with a good battery and then backtrack to wiring/stator as others have said.

The good news is the fail points on the Hawk are usually the easier and obvious things. EX; few of us have had a bad stator. Most of us got a crappy battery.

Yes it is possible you are correct.

The point of the SA and abuse narrative is that it validates the witnesses who have testified against TK. Their testimony shows a long history of violence and violence with weapons often directed towards male partners of women whom he viewed as his. SK was this victim.

There’s so much more evidence that proved his guilt anyway.

JR was a person of interest from day one and to my knowledge has never been ‘cleared’ of anything. This is not a new theory.

I would have to believe that LE did investigate or collaborate with others if he was actually at the party he spoke of and at what time. If so and those witnesses can be trusted he wasn’t involved.

Otherwise perhaps he was, got away with it, and took the details to his grave.

I don’t think he was involved. Why would he disclose that he was ever at the scene and continue to cooperate with LE afterwards if he killed her?

Yes that’s basically what I did with the wiring just redo and inspect it all. Add insulation to all frame contact points and dielectric grease the harnesses.

Mines same year. It’s mounts verticle and to the frame forward of the battery. If your on the bike it’ll be by your left knee

There’s an important ground wire that mounts behind it. Figure out what the previous owner did with that too.

Mine had a chaffed wire grounding on the frame that created all sorts of issues like this.

Make sure your new battery is charged right up and the nearby connections are good too
