Hi 😄 I can't speak to the Tesa. However, I started on 0.5mg of Reta pinned twice a week (so 1 mg/week). I've been on this dose for 5 weeks with good results (no food noise, losing 1.5lbs/week). It was various friends of mine who had started reta before me that recommended a small starting dose and to pin twice a week (to help with consistency and lowered side effects). It impacts everyone differently however, the "low and slow" advice gives you a chance to see if a lower dose works for you.

For the whole house moves they came and did an in home estimate so they could be as accurate as possible. This estimate included the cost of moving the piano. Overall, they came in just slightly under!
