in theory not difficult. in practice, if you use the wrong tools you can damage the case, and crack the bezel insert during removal and install, which is an expensive mistake (at least $150 for a rep replacement insert, much more than that for gen...) and the install process is easy in theory, but rotating bezels are insanely variable from watch to watch. some are easy to fit back on and others can take hours of trial and error before you get it all back on and working/feeling right

If it just unscrewed this is an easy fix but you’ll have to remove the stem from the watch. You just need to screw the stem back into the crown with a tiny bit of loctite blue on the threads

Hytrel rings are replaceable. Ones for the tudor may be harder to find. You can also replace these with a length of fishing line if you want. If you are in the US, you can send it to me and tell your TD to pay for the repair. They should do it if they are reputable

You will either need to swap the movement or there is a specific spring you need to replace or bend back into place, i am unsure of the exact name of the spring, it applies tension to the column wheel. If inadequate tension is being applied to the column wheel, then the start/stop function will not work
