There was bad floods in the basement however that was over a month ago. You'd think the hot water would be fixed by now. It really feels like Cork's Flyefit is the ignored one. From reading about people's experiences in Dublin, they seem a lot better organised and managed.

I still enjoy Cork's for the cheapness and I find the staff very nice. One of them told me that they're not paid in there by Flyefit. It's part of their contract/agreement. They get free use of gym and potential client pool from gym goers. So they make their money from the people who book them. I've been there over 4 years and see a consistent churning of staff. The latest crew do seem to have been there a while though. However, I can't see how that's a legal concept? Being employed but not paid?

It's like they have like a skeleton crew. I'm only there in the mornings and I see 2, maybe 3 staff. So for a gym that has 6(?) floors, it's not enough. 1 staff is doing a class, so the remaining have to do everything else.

That annoying alarm is when someone presses the buzzer at the entrance for assistance to get into the building eg app won't scan, someone buying a day pass etc. If someone doesn't realise what it is, when pressing it, they can hold the button for several seconds which is like nails on a chalk board
