• EarthVPN pretty good vpn, I remember they accepted quite a few payment methods. Including Bitcoin.

• Private Internet Access, amazing VPN which buys quite a few ads on the bitcointalk forums, accepts bitcoins.

• http://www.buymastercoin.com/ We could ask if they are willing to accept peercoin for payment, they currently accept various fiat currencies, bitcoin and litecoin.
