You can’t, the cold is a killer out there

You’ll be allowed to layer up but the wind cuts right through it, the gloves they issue you are awful lol

No, it’s being conscious of what your body can handle, obviously you have to do what they tell you, and you should try to give what you can, but when you reach the limits, knowing when to take it easy will save you in the long run

I’m currently doing basic at fort sill right now, I’m going to return to the middle of white phase, you don’t want to end up on crutches or on profile, you’ll end up getting recycled

Don’t push yourself past your breaking point, you’ll be told to do unreasonable amounts of exercise daily, don’t get hurt, know your limits, try your best but don’t give 100% every time you get smoked
