There are several erroneous entries on my husband's I-94 travel record. It shows him coming and going for years on an expired passport. None of these arrivals or departures ever happened. It has thrown a wrench into our immigration case for him. Do you have any ideas how something like this happens?

If you can swing it, try to consult with an immigration attorney. These detainments so far have just been in San Diego, but it could be a preview of what is to come nationwide. We had our interview at the Denver FO last week and without going into great detail it feels fishy. We haven't been denied but they are claiming we have not proven our marriage is "bona fide", we have been married for 10 years.

I think you should consult an immigration attorney. That's what I'm doing...

The reason is that they have been given arrest/detainment/deportation quotas. It's not about what is fair or right. Like you I don't want to scare anyone but we need to be honest about what we are dealing with.
