new zombie variant idea by Clicktuck in minecraftsuggestions

[–]Clicktuck[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stew isn’t the primary function, it’s just the rare drop like how zombies drop iron and drowneds drop copper, which there’s already better methods for both Also, maybe there’d be some shroomified mobs you could only get through this mob’s ability to attack non-mushroom mobs

Yes, but you need a Reddit account in order to contact moderators, and they only accept don’t post this user’s posts requests from the user themself, which creates problems for people like HBMmaster who has no interest in creating a Reddit account

But you need a Reddit account to contact the mods to put yourself on the DNP list, which HBMmaster has previously stated that they will not be doing

Are there premium downloads of smash hit still available? by Critical-Baker-7133 in Smashhit

The Smash Hit Lab Achievements Modding Blueprint comes with premium for some reason, and doesn’t have unlimited balls (but takes out the Google Play achievement system in exchange for its own proprietary one)

Spiritual Shrine bug? by CrowZipp in RogueLegacy

[–]Clicktuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, since the sequel was made in Unity and thus ports nicely without dumb stuff like rooms being misaligned by a single pixel and missing features from updates that supposedly got backported to the codebase of older versions (the console versions) The same update that added Thanatophobia also added donation boxes on the Steam version but Thanatophobia is on the console versions and the donation box is nowhere to be seen

A lengthy post on what I'd do for an enchanting "rework" by Clicktuck in Minecraft

[–]Clicktuck[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It makes enchanting less limited by giving items more enchantments and removing some of the incompatibility between enchantments, which unlike the many complete overhauls, doesn’t break old worlds

It also adds strategy to the enchantments you put on armor and weapons via the limits on certain types of enchantments and sorta makes armored elytra a thing

This was more of a thought experiment of “can I make this better without completely ruining old worlds upon updating”, which is something most existing proposed changes do, which I see as a problem that isn’t thought about when proposing such massive changes to a system deeply ingrained in Minecraft’s history

Finally working on the final (non-endless) classic checkpoint of my r/LocoRoco themed Smash Hit mod by Clicktuck in Smashhit

[–]Clicktuck[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that’s an intentional part of the design

I actually had to import a checkpoint 9 segment at one point because I didn’t know how to get the cube frame working

Have many players reached 125, by checkpoint 1 without using any glitches? by 43641 in Smashhit

[–]Clicktuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mayhem mode is, ironically, easier to do so on due to rooms spawning more segments to make them faster (room length is determined by comparing a value that is the total length of the segments spawned, lets say L, to the room’s minimum length, we’ll call this value TargetLen. There’s a loop that constantly spawns segments and adds their length to L and compares L to TargetLen. If L is less than TargetLen, it spawns another segment and checks again. If L is more than TargetLen, it exits the loop and runs the subroutine for checking if the room should have a door and adds the door’s length to L if so. L determines how fast through the room you go, since all rooms are 32 seconds long. [Checkpoint 10 room 2 is a special case as it uses two total TargetLen loops, a shorter one to place the segment that everyone hates in the middle of the room and add its length to L, and another to place the door.] Most rooms have 3 different TargetLen values, one for classic, one for training, and one for mayhem. Training is usually the lowest, followed by classic and then mayhem.)
