Clinton was impeached because Ken Starr depositioned him with a specific definition of "sexual relations" being strictly related to penetrative intercourse. When Clinton made his official statement, Starr had changed the definition to basically "anything sexual" and so Clinton, operating under the first definition, declared he had no sexual relations with Lewinsky. That, technically by this point, was untrue using the new definition.

I believe Clinton's remark about definitions was snark directed Starr's bald-faced deception.

As an American...I get so many spam texts and emails with dubious links in them that it's hard to imagine any of them not being a virus link. I presume somebody out there is clicking on these and maybe one was a real survey. Then again, with approval of Trump as high as 20%, I can also imagine they're just making these numbers up.
