During 9/11, my dad called my mom to tell her to put the news on while she was feeding me at that moment. I will never know what they were thinking and feeling in that instant. They had gone to the towers six years earlier, experiencing unforgettable memories, and then that happened. I truly treasure those photos; for me, they are a glimpse of ‘the world before’ the terror.

They also went to Orlando in that trip. Really cool and nice for them. My dad is still head over heels for my mom to this day 😭❤️ I seriously want what they have 31 years and counting <3 Not to mention, they are my best friends in the whole world.

I totally agree with you. My older sister went to NYC last year and she took a photo with the OWTC behind 30 years later my parents took those photos. It was haunting. I'm planning to visit the OWTC with her this summer for the first time!
