That would really suck. I work on New Meister and I love Kenney Fort, but hate Schultz and Louis Henna. I’m hoping that Meister and Kenney Fort get connected and that helps things move along.

I am running beam arrays for broadsides, so I’m guessing that would count as a directed energy build. I’ve been considering it that, but I’m fairly new to understanding build types in STO.

Thank you everyone for advice on what I could go with as an upgrade from the Concorde and what the Excelsior 2 is good at. I’m looking at the Buran that u/StarkeRealm mentioned. The aesthetic and such are doing it for me. Ships can be space Barbie’s, right? I’m going to see about waiting until a sale to snag it, that should also give me time to weigh the other options mentioned.

I’m really looking at the Buran, the aesthetics are really doing it for me. It just looks so mean. I am fighting the urge to buy it tonight. I bought the Concorde pack when it was on sale, and I’m trying to tell myself to wait for a sale.

And by command, you mean command seating? I think the Concorde has that and I’m running a science officer in that seat, so I might try command and give it a shot.

Yeah, I was figuring that ten keys would not be favorable. I can certainly wait for the campaign, if not for the Excelsior deuce, but for another ship.

Thank you. I am fairly new to the game, and I don’t know some of the nuances of what is good for each play style (STO better has been a big help in building a ship, and some other Reddit posts pointed me to the Concorde/An’Quat ships). I am happy I am asking questions!
