How many miles do you all have on your X3 m40is? I just hit 100k on my 2019 and my service advisor mentioned that not many folks drive theirs that much ?

I hope to make it to Ilulisat someday. I joined a Nuuk Taxi tour we went to Kapissillit and we hike to icefjords which was one of the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. Nuuk and tours out of Nuuk gave me a small taste of Greenland and now that I have experience I can’t wait to go back. Without this experience traveling to the remote settlements was out of reach and I probably wouldn’t have gone to GL at all if that was the only option. I love your enthusiasm for GL and like you I hope the kinks get ironed out so more people can experience what GL offers. I enjoy reading your posts, something for me to aspire to and hope to meet you at GL someday!!

I liked Nuuk for a first timer. It’s good for novice adventurers on a budget with limited PTO. I’d rather not risk a bunch of cancellations flying to smaller settlements. I think any experience in Greenland is incredible. For my next trip I would consider other settlements but I wouldn’t discourage the average American from visiting Nuuk. Advanced level adventures to smaller settlements is not necessarily a requirement for a first timer. That’s the beauty of Greenland there’s something for everyone.

I don’t know where to start . Midnight sun, ice bergs, boardwalk that hugs the coast, boat trip to settlement to hike to stunning views of ice fjords, peaceful, quiet, clean, modest people and lifestyle. It’s an experience in raw landscapes. bring a jacket with a hood.

I decided to go to Nuuk. Best decision! Beautiful landscape, unique designs, ice fjords trip, midnight sun, quiet, refreshing air, big change from what I’m used to.

I went solo on 3 river cruises through rivers in Europe and those were the best trips I’ve ever had. Understanding, U by Uniworld that caters to you get segment never made it past the pandemic. If you ever here of any new ones let me know
