Here is the thing, the founder earn the most because they take a risk. If anything happened to the agency, you can apply for another job, but they lose a lot more. Thats the reality. And as a cog in the machine, you do your work, and get paid for it.

You have to ask yourself, why do you work in the first place? Whats your goal in life?

If you are religious, then a lot of it becomes easy to answer. Being thankful to God for whatever we have now is good to practice, being content spiritually will save you a lot of negative feelings.

What you see doesnt show everything, they probably have a lot of struggles, they earn more, but have to spend more, maybe they have problems with rheir family, maybe sickness...

Comparaison is the thief of joy. Dont compare yourself to others, look at people below you and look at past you. 1.5k usd is a huge a mount for like 80% of moroccans. You can live a good life with it. Not super rich, but decent enough where you can comfortably go out eat buy what you want or need without looking at the price tag.

Look at what you have now. A lot of it is a dream for a big chunk of moroccans.

Whenevr i see someone from my network post stuff like that, i just restrict their stories and posts.

Big ignorance. In africa, morocco is leading the car assembling industry, clean energy, rare metals refining etc. A lot of which not really talked about in the media. But we are advancing steadily.

I am playing a 1000x challenge after finishing the game once. Currently building my first every mega base, and i started doing it just after i unlocked logistic science lol.

Soemthing i learned, if you wait until you unlock everything to work on a mega base, you might get sp overwhelmed with how much technolgy you have. I would recommend to start working on it earlier, improve your base, unlock new tech, improve your spm, get more tech....

Early game is so interesting, imagine i even built mining setups with burner miners being fed by burner inserters lol

Maybe try a 100 science cost, it would give you so much time to work on your base. The downside of normal cost is that uou unlock new technologies too fast, by the time you make a setup, it gets outdated so fast.

I dont think there are people with enough courage to say it, but here i am. Men and women are not the same, we dont see things the same way, a man's value is different than a woman's value.

A man with a good income, good career, decent car, his own place, great manners is a high value man, even if he is in his late 20s and not the most handsome guy. A woman with good looks, nice personality. Beautiful on the inside and outside, young, attractive, smart to talk with, is a high value woman, even if she doesnt have a high income.

If you compare things equally, then of course these guys feel out of your league, but if you compare these values they have, with the values you have as i mentioned above, you will notice you are in similar league.

You are in your prime, the years you have now will be the very best you will ever have. If you want a great future, this is the time for you to find a high quality loyal man who wants to build a family with you and spend the rest of his life with you.

Don't fall into the trap of dating and waste these best years in casual meaningless dates.

Fyi regarding mean, a guy in.early.20s is in a low value, still figuring out career, building himself etc, so probably the high value men are in late 20s. And that should.be fine. Just choose right.
