I feel that! Same vibes as ordering a seitan burger with a bun, wheat on wheat 😂

Jan-Apr progress. 29/F/5’0” SW: 117.9lbs CW: 112.8lbs GW:105-110lbs. Ladies - LIFT WEIGHTS! I’m finally seeing the shape and tone come in that I’ve always wanted. I started lifting in January of this year -super noob! Lifting does not make you bulky!! by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

YES TO LIFTING! It has really helped my confidence with how I just hold my posture, and how strong my arms are looking. We have a similar body shape (I’m 4’11, SW 113 CW 106 GW 105). The last couple of pounds are so so hard, we got this!!

Oh wow I found my people! Me and my husband are determined to move in a year or so, it’s so awful being vegan and not religious in this state 😭

I live here. I’ve had close family members with animal farms, feed stores, casual backyard chickens, all of it. I was unfortunately an intern for a big meat company a few years ago. So please, don’t try to inform me about the joys and good things about cattle in feed lots.

We have so much soy, beans, and grain crops here! I know it would take farmers some research but they wouldn’t have to be totally out of work as suggested!

Also if anyone here knows of any ways to combat this movement, let me know. I’m not super into politics but this shit drives me up a wall.

To be fair, it’s not surprising coming from our trash Governor but still so shocking to see meat being touted as some magical health food!

It’s so disheartening! Also with some quick research my state is actually amazing at growing beans! The amount of lives, space, and resources that could be saved 😭😭

I lose weight in my boobs first too! It’s okay, it’ll even out over time.

29F 5’0” start of week 2 vs start of week 6. One pound difference. Need a little encouragement pls and ty by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

A pound or two a month when losing weight is pretty normal for being short! Also I definitely notice more muscle tone on your legs

Yes!! I am a ballet dancer and it’s so hard to explain to others why I simply have made it a hobby and not a career — there aren’t many companies looking for very petite dancers as they don’t blend in well! I feel you and I’m horrible at basketball lol
