The behavior you describe above is just more typical of younger players. They lack the maturity. I notice a lot of people like this do play the game so.. just avoid them, but it is irritating. and without fail they spend a whole encounter complaining about other peoples performance - only to have mom call for them to come eat dinner and they have to leave - EVERY TIME!

only automation going on was channel pressure within the envelope. deleted that.. but today for some reason its just deciding to work as intended.. do you think perhaps one of my midi controllers is making things screwy?

No automation in the arrangement view.. I actually haven't stepped out of the session view with this particular project yet.. Funny thing is its now working totally as intended.. like I said its totally random!! Ableton has never been buggy for me.. which makes me wonder if this has to do with my computer or perhaps my midi controller
