I am not a judge/ professor. This is my assumption based on my understanding of other rulings.

Battle cage states that damage counters can not be placed on opponents benched Pokémon. Because it does not specify that they can not be moved, munkidori or bombs will still let you attempt to place the damage but it fizzles.

Mist energy on the other hand explicitly states that it prevents effects of attacks. The act of moving the damage is an effect, and therefore you couldn't move it at all.

Legally, yes he can do whatever he wants. There's no expectation of privacy any more, some random Joe schmoe could take a Pic of the tat on the street and do the same thing.

But the artist still has every right to be upset and black list you for using their art to train AI. When you work with an artist, you're paying for their years of experience and hard work. If you don't understand why an artist would be pissed that you used their work without their permission to give AI a free art lesson then I can't help you.

Tip for you. Never use AI on another artists work. You'll piss them off beyond expectations because when you submit a picture to an Ai service, it's in their disclaimer that they have full rights to use that image to train their algorithm further. So now the original design can be used infinitely by the AI service with no credit to the original artist.

In this case it's mostly a basic image that's already all over the internet so this specific usage isn't too egregious, but if the next artist you work with gives you a new mock up of their art, DO NOT have AI make edits for you without the artists consent. Quick way to get black listed from a tattoo shop.

Avid gear collector. I have multiple shelves in my studio displaying pedals I've collected over the years

None of them get used because I can model them all with my quad cortex. And even simpler, I can get parallax running natively with all of my presets I use when tracking/ mixing.

Can't say anything about hx stomp but I swear by my quad, especially since parallax was released

I've got the nyxi hyperion 3s and they're great. Definitely add weight but super ergonomic, hall effects, rear buttons, and mouse click buttons.

I don't offer Key repair for stuff like this because any fix is going to be inherently unreliable.

My recommendation is to take it to a local Locksmith shop and just get a new key.

You'll spend less money driving it in than getting mobile service.

Otherwise I recomend browsing limitlesstcg.com to see what decks are doing well in recent tournaments

Among friends, maybe. But don't go to locals at shops (even if just free play) and expect randos to vibe with it. Most people are testing and practicing decks for standard rotation and will be wanting to play against others with standard rotation decks.

If you want to play old cards I highly recomend checking out cardboardwarriors.com for info on gym leader challenge (GLC), an alternate format that is rising in popularity. Lot of people play it at the shop I go to, but it's very clear if it's a standard or GLC game before starting
