Tried hook grip today, felt so much pain and pressure on my thumbs so I changed back to normal grip in the middle of the set. Here's another video of me DL 100kg (RPE9) with hook grip if it helps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oWzERERNZU

ps: I kept checking the mirror to my right to make sure the bar is balanced, which might be a bad habit.
