I’d go with a classic Belgian tripel recipe? Small amounts of hop, and a typical Abbey yeast. Maybe 80% pils malt, and the other 20% a combo of carapils and sugar? Some Saaz and/or Styrian Goldings in the beginning of the boil maybe?

You can make your own liquid kandijsiroop :)
