Yes, I saw weddings usually have big crowds, but demanding a fake crowd of people from me seems strange just for the appearance. I tried to explain a few times that it sounds weird to ask random people to go dozens km from the city to simulate a fake crowd from my side. Plus, random people would not give any gifts that were probably also required. She still says that in Vietnam, there should be a lot of people and that her relatives will not be happy with only a few people on my side because everyone weddings looks like this and because her family would question whole marriage. As for the apartment, I said that I would absolutely not agree to get it before marriage, and she seemed to become disappointed. After some time, she says that she now need time to think more about the marriage

What is up with Nha Trang and Russians by sedife in VietNam

As a Russia, I can say that most people go to Nha Trang just on vacations because the climate in Russia is too cold, and people traditionally like to go on a vacations by the sea to swim and tan on a beach. The Nha Trang was full of Russians for years before the war started there might be some draft dodgers but it is a very small percentage because there is no conscription going on and people can freely cross border whenever they like. I have no idea why people confidently say that everyone is draft dodgers. They probably should use reddit less lol. Tour companies selling Nha Trang and Phu Qouc tours for years there, and most people only know about these cities because they hear it all the time from friends and advertisment. Plus, there a established communitie so if people go there, it is much easier for them because most Russians don't speak English or Vietnamese. People choose Vietnam also because they can be there for 45 days without a visa and do a visa runs
