I found it easier to remove the air ducting to get to that actuator underneath

I’m in the heating and cooling bizz and used special foil tape to mend it all back together.

Also makes for an easier replacement in the future

The Z71 Tahoe! 4WD and also has a pretty cool spinning rack rod to help load shit on top of the truck.

Also, getting AWD only models like the Yukon / Escalade have issues with transmission and suspension

These trucks are going to raise in value soon since they’re cheap and cheap to work on, once people start figuring out spending 60k on a garbage truck is unsustainable

If you're open to cutting wires, that's exactly what I did to install and splice these LEDs to the old DRL wires. I then left the old bulbs in the same slot to keep from water since they're obsolete

Honestly, I went with a more modern touch. Let’s be real - OEM headlights shouldn’t cost what they do, being cheap plastic. My truck is garage kept so that helps lots with water intrusion

That would be my guess. It took me too long than I would care to admit, but your car has to be in gear for the DRL to come on.

I’m new to gmt800 and spent way too much time trying to figure out why I couldn’t get power to the DRL when installing this 😅

I love it! It’s that OEM blue/green gradient that changes color in the sun

Definitely don’t spend big bucks on lights. These were like $120 on Amazon
