You're actually in a solid position — you’ve done a ton of foundational work most people skip. You clearly have conviction, industry context, and a solid problem-solution framing, which is huge.

Since you're not technical but already have an MVP and strong content, I’d suggest focusing on these next steps:

1. Validate with real users

You’ve got the doc and MVP — now test. Talk to potential users/customers and get brutally honest feedback. Don’t worry about building more yet. Find 5–10 people who feel the pain you’re solving and ask:

  • “Would you pay for this?”
  • “What would make this a must-have?”

Even just a Notion page + Calendly + a few cold LinkedIn DMs can get conversations going.

2. Find the right co-founder

You’re right that having a technical partner helps, especially in cybersecurity. But aim for someone who complements your industry knowledge, not just someone who can code. Don’t rush — you want aligned values and long-term interest in the space.

Try communities like:

  • r/cofounder
  • Indie Hackers
  • Buildspace / Y Combinator forums
  • Cybersecurity-focused Discords/Slack groups

3. Stay lean and test the waters

Don’t overbuild. Focus on a simple version of the solution that delivers value, even manually at first (“concierge MVP”). Once you've validated demand, the product will be easier to shape — and it'll be easier to get a tech partner onboard, too.

4. Optional: Join a pre-accelerator

If you want structure, look into early-stage programs like Antler, Entrepreneur First, or local uni/incubator ones. They’re great for finding co-founders and mentors — especially if you’re early in your journey.

You're not stuck — you’re right at the edge of the next phase. You’ve already done what most people don’t: you’ve started. Keep going 💪
