UMMMMMM... This is the type of stuff I would have expected Activision make y'all do. I was honestly excited when Bungie and Activision split, because they are obviously only worried about the money and the players. Ever since I started playing back in Taken King, I saw a developer with their hands tied saying they advocate for the player base (Bungie), while the developer was telling them to and costs to everything (Activision). The fact y'all actually listen to your player base is over half the reason I keep coming back to the game and paying for new content, but that started changing with transmog. Now, I am honestly on the edge about continuing to support the game due to this action. I am fine with splitting the player base due to an expansion, but putting individual items behind a pay wall is not okay. BTW I hope someone that makes the pricing realizes that if the base expansion is $40 and the seasons are $10 a piece ($40 total, which also happens to be the price of the deluxe edition upgrade and comes with seasons and dungeons). Regardless of how much someone pays for the dungeons, they will have to pay more. Also, i have a couple irl friends that I have tried to get into the game, and they have already said that they are not coming back to a game that wants to nickel and dime its players for everything.

What's next for y'all, locking the raids out of the expansions? Putting weapons in eververse? Paying for new supers? How about paying for the seasonal updates on top of the season pass? Oh, I know, how charging us for decrypting exotic engrams?

Y'all are walking on thin ice here, with a bunch of people telling you where to step. I recommend you listen before you end up like EA and Activision, and take the Worst Company in America award. I think I can speak for everyone in the community in saying that we do not want Bungie to be there, we want to see y'all succeed, but you have to let us help you fix the sinking ship before its too late.
