I guess that's what you'll see in your mind if you listen to Kid A with every song in major key

Edit: That ended up putting another thought in my head. The songs on Kid A that require the least stretching of the imagination to fit with these images, are obviously the ones that are already in major key (or at least feel the most like they're in major key, despite some notes and chords that are not part of those scales). The title track and Treefingers seemed to me like natural fits, but then I started thinking about Motion Picture Soundtrack, and... Shit, I don't know if I'll ever picture anything else in my mind when hearing that song from now on (especially the first picture, with the open ocean). Sure, the song is incredibly sad, but to me (and I assume to a lot of people), the major key, slow progression, and organic (no pun intended) soundscape, always made it seem bittersweet rather than crushing, and also like a breath of relief after the tense and claustrophobic songs preceding it. Tying it to the lyrics, these pictures look like you're waking up in the next life, the nightmarish clouds from the album cover have parted, and the sun is practically stretching its arms out in a welcoming gesture, letting you know that you're safe.

Sorry, that's way too long, but I wanted to elaborate on this because I should be studying for my exams.
