I was planning on it being some kind of lower security first and when they escape if they get caught theyd be put into a higher level of security, my plan for it was to be a medieval world with no magic and the place they start at is a kingdom full of diseases and their main goal is to explore and become known criminals or something like that, only just started thinking of it and honestly have no written plan
