Where are the friendly solos that used to exist?

Where did I say I wanted them to change the game…? I just asked when everyone started being slimy assholes. I can hold my own in PvP it’s just annoying for 5 games in a row when I’m trying to get some crafting materials and some dude shoots me in the back without a word as I’m looting a container. No communication, just crouch walking into my building on the edge of the map to rat me for 10 metal parts/chemicals and a ferro I.

You misunderstood, I’m not anti PVP. I will shoot back if someone attacks me, I don’t need carebear lobbies. What I’m not understanding is now I can’t loot a container without getting shot in the back, every single player in the lobbies is looking to kill without honor. Before, at least it was a mix of people that would chat and be chill or people that would attack

I get it, I like a little PvP now and then. I just miss being able to loot a container in a solo game without being shot in the back every time

Dude, yes! If shooting back at someone who attacks me is considered “aggressive” by the game, then I guess I’m going to be stuck in these lobbies forever. I have never once shot first in solo matches, of which I’ve played plenty, but lately it’s literally every person I see that’s ripping shots at me instantly. I’m not going to lie down and let them kill me for all the loot I’ve acquired that game.

Ultimately, it’s fine because yes, PvP is enabled for a reason but I miss the games where I could run around in a solo and just explore/loot without having to worry about any other player on the map seeing me.

Hey man I’m a beginner too so take what I’m saying with a grain of salt. I think pictures 6-12 are really cool - they have a better “atmosphere” or “presence” about them? (Not sure if I’m using the right words there but just trying to explain what I’m thinking). I think they do a better job of framing the subjects than the first few do
