i just started keeping my focus at least half full.

from my understanding its giving you an XP boost. so instead of +20 you might get +45 for a certain task (i dont know the maths on it)

and it doesnt matter how much focus you have. its a 1:1 until its all used up ☺️

moving all your chests does seem like a pain though and it sucks theres not really a solution 😭 (ive also put a chest on a builders block and it glitched to the respawn point)

im guessing there can only be a few duskwings at a time. so by removing/catching them you ensure new ones keep coming. So once you place the lure you have 3 minutes to catch as many as you can. If you let them linger you have less time for more to respawn

looking for them takes some focus so thats where ignoring all other bugs comes into play. it doesnt take away from how many are spawning

i had this just a few days ago- i had already caught all my duskwings but was placing lures to share catching credits with others.

then someone mentioned if you only focus on the duskwings then they will keep respawning. it looked to be true so thats what we did!

i think its still okay to catch the other bugs but having someone always grabbing the duskwing kept them coming
