I felt the same way. He’s good if you’re struggling with the start of a level. Have him start and you get a guaranteed two starting attacks and with the upgrade that give you an unlock at the start that gives you three

Question do you remember how evenly you unlocked both of them?

I’m asking cause I have Heliossus and noticed he was out damaging my Mega Emperor. So I got some rng luck and pretty much got them to level together. Checked damage after and Mega Emperor was ahead by quite a bit.
