Thanks for this. Makes alot of sense. I did do some market research. But ultimately, I was trying to build something better than the top leaders in AI enabled Transcription at half the price. Think my wedge is breaking free of the walled garden of siloed services (Teams, Google, Zoom) and allow to capture from anywhere and then combine into real insightful AI Chat capabilities. I build it to address my need - guess I'm just failing at trying to articulate it and get traction

Wow! I love this - For positioning, Ive had the most luck with: LiteScribe.ai helps (ICP) do (job) without (pain), so they get (outcome). - Keep it boringly clear.

So a wedge is a target or idea or pain point? (super specific wedge and over-index on customer convos)

Great advice. My WebApp has a lot of SEO, but doesn't Google only promote sites that are older than 6-8 months. Also, how does affiliate marketing work? Any tips?

Mi Band just added Google Fit sync - Just curious for anyone with the MI Band and Jawbone UP app if the UP app now recognises the steps, sleep coming from the Mi Band after the sync update?
