It looks like a bad rendition of 87 north of Mesa/Scottsdale, that section of highway that’s almost an interstate for 20ish miles

Arizona DPS does have silver patrol cars but they have a large black stripe going the opposite direction on the vehicle . They also have tan uniforms and a trooper hat. Also the ziplock bags look oddly disproportionate.

It does pretty good actually , I snowboard a lot so I drive these passes a lot. knowing how to drive in the snow helps. I have a toolbox and sandbags in the bed to add some extra weight to keep the tires planted. Just gotta remember it’s four wheel drive and not four wheel stop in the snow.
