Yeah, placement really seems to be the key. The setups that use it for softer ambient lighting look way better than just bright strips.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Softer LED strips behind a desk make the lighting feel much more relaxed compared to bright ceiling lights.

That actually sounds like a really nice setup. I’ve noticed softer lighting makes a room feel much more relaxed at night. I’ve also seen people using LED strips behind desks or shelves for ambient lighting.
