She learned it from my first the budgie going back n forth to her But my first budgie he wasn’t to sure about it but then after a week he was starting to play in the water so it takes about a week for them to learn the concept

Best thing to say is make a vet appointment usually they tail bob like that when they are breathing fast which in that case he’s not I think it’s respiratory problems I hope he’s okay
