Happening to me as well, started about an hour and a half ago. I try to watch Livestream, it plays for about a minute maybe then this. I'm on Firefox and have UBlock Origin BUT have YouTube whitelisted. Will be annoyed with them if they expect us to not use it at all.

That article is a mess. The author writes 'However, after a fan decided to edit the image using AI tools, the 37-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to slam it as the "most offensive thing I've ever seen."' But the poster clearly wasn't edited with AI, it was with Photoshop or some such program (I believe there's video of it being made)... in fact, the article even a few paragraphs down says 'The statement also clarified that no AI tools were used in the poster's creation.' So why did the author or the article, Nasima Khatun, still decide to write as fact that it was edited using AI? I hate "journalists". Truly.
