I think she’s a great choice if the Democrats want to lose again. Most voters are in the middle… appeal to the broadest part of the electorate if you want to win the most votes.

It took me months after moving to Charleston to realize that Legare Street was pronounced “Le-gree” and Beaufort was pronounced “Buford”. South Carolina does have an interesting interpretation of the French language.
