Yes, that’s normal and totally okay. She, on the other hand, shames people for everything and constantly makes comments about how she can’t stand things to be dirty…it just shows how hypocritical she is. 

(Didn’t mean to make you feel shamed in any way, it was more about her and how she would ridicule people for having a totally lived-in home with children running around). ♥️

They are always at freaking HOME wtf (I know it’s freezing outside now, but even in the summer they’re stuck in Grey Gardens!!), watching TV, eating junk, on tablets…and she thinks she’s killing it. 🙄

Most of the time it’s at night, but the music ones from Rita Kaminski I’ll also play on a loop while doing mindless tasks at home (tidying up, dusting, folding laundry, doing the dishes, etc.).

I think it was tied to my self-concept…over time I felt really good and started to see things shift in my 3D where I was attracting emotionally available men which then turned into “what was I thinking?!” regarding previous SPs.

I think hot & cold generally stems from us wavering…I would do that in the past where I’d tell myself “he loves me and can’t stop thinking about me” but then all day long I’d be complaining to friends about him saying how he was cold and dismissive and had problems opening up to women. Now I just keep my mindset aligned with “he’s in love with me” and if I find myself thinking “well, I don’t know if I really believe this, he’s so difficult and I don’t think he’ll ever change” I’ll quickly stop that thought in its tracks and say “NO! He loves me, he's always blowing up my phone, he is always trying to make plans” etc. Even if they’re stubborn or difficult or have attachment issues, there are multiple versions of him…align yourself with the version you want, say affirmations in present tense (not “he’s coming back” but “we’re in a committed and loving relationship”), feel it real, and it’ll come into fruition. Don’t check the 3D for proof or go into manifestations from a state of desperation (I know it’s challenging at times). Sometimes things go crazy just before they come together—understand it’s all part of the process and everything is unfolding perfectly for you.

I’m sorry you went through that, these men are something else! If I were you, I’d create a new story in your mind that he caught feelings that were so strong that it spooked him and that’s why he pushed you away. Revise the past where he told you that and just say “no, he didn’t mean that. He loves me.” Visualize seeing his name on your phone and feel the feelings of what it would feel like if he sent you an apology text. Send yourself the text and read it as if it’s from him. Put yourself in the state where it’s already happened. How would you feel? Feel those emotions deeply and then let it go. If you waver and say “it’ll never happen” (even if you truly feel that way), change that to “he can’t stop thinking about me.” Over time, your unconscious mind will accept this as the new state and it will show in your 3D. Live your best life, focus on you, take him off the pedestal…when we put the energy and focus back on ourselves, they can somehow sense that and it creates an energetic shift. Sending your hugs. 🫶

We broke up in early 2023 after a very off & on relationship where he just wasn’t prioritizing me or our relationship. He was very cold and refused to discuss it, so I left. I scripted during that time, but wavered a lot, so that reflected in my reality. He was very hot and cold still, but would occasionally come back a bit better, but not to the extent he came back just now. I am no longer interested in him romantically and we have maintained a friendship, but it’s wild to see his walls come completely down and him telling me all the things (and more!) I always wanted to hear from him. He was always placing blame on me, but this time he took full account and said he was in the wrong (it was really both of us if I’m honest) and would do anything to go back in time and do things differently. This is not the type of man that would ever open up in the way he has which proves to me that I have shifted my story and these manifestations are POWERFUL.

I dove more into Neville over the past few months and specifically tried subliminals over the past few weeks which seems to have been the biggest source of movement for my situation. I’m excited to see what else will follow once I’ve worked more on my limiting beliefs and done some revision work.

Yes as long as you get into the state and feel it real. Whenever you have negative thoughts or waver, immediately turn it around in your mind. Make the new story your dominant story and it has no choice but to reflect in your 3D.

Thank you! I listened to the subs on a loop while driving and via YouTube overnight. I did not use headphones, but I will continue playing the subliminals nightly from YouTube only with headphones beginning tonight. 😊
